Mortgage Part Deux

Well, the house is ours as long as the mortgage is approved. Our mortgage broker called our real estate agent and said we were approved, but we went through the forms last night and found "discrepancies".

So now we're stressed out and only feel marginally closer to finalizing all this crap. Once we are approved *fingers crossed* we move on to the lawyer. Another expense, another stress. I assume this never ends. Oh boy...
